Position: Part-Time School Custodian
(a.k.a. Master of Mops, Slayer of Smudges, and Defender of Clean Floors)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, starting at 3 PM (yes, that means five days a week).
Let’s be honest — this isn’t a desk job. It’s hands-on, physically demanding work: steps, sweeping, lifting, and the occasional “what even is that?” moment under a desk. You’ll move, lift, scrub, and probably question humanity once or twice a shift. But hey — skip the gym and get paid for your workout!
We’re on the hunt for someone who’s:
Detail-obsessed: You notice smudges others miss and can spot a dusty corner from across the room.
Direction-following: Because “winging it” isn’t a cleaning method. This means actually following instructions — not just saying “yep” and doing something completely different, or needing three reminders.
A go-getter: You don’t mind breaking a sweat while making things shine, and you believe that “good enough” isn’t good enough.
Requirements (a.k.a. The Fun Stuff):
Reliable transportation — no, your buddy’s truck doesn’t count.
Clean criminal record check — we like to keep it squeaky clean around here (literally and legally).
WHMIS certificate — or at least know not to mix bleach and ammonia.
A sense of humor and a strong work ethic — you’ll need both to survive the occasional “what even is that?” moment.
Able to lift up to 50 pounds — because those mop buckets don’t carry themselves (we checked).
Ability to disconnect from technology — wild concept, we know. Cleaning is a full-contact sport, not headline material, and your phone could use a breather.
Start Date: ASAP — before the floors stage a rebellion.
If you’re dependable, can laugh through the chaos, and secretly enjoy seeing a hallway sparkle, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.

(Cape optional. Cleaning cloth mandatory.)
Serious inquiries only — we’re looking for someone who’s ready to work. We need doers, not “maybe later” types. This isn’t a spectator sport; we’re looking for someone ready to roll
