People think a hoard clean is about cleaning.

Most of the time, it isn’t.

It’s about finally being able to use the spare bedroom again.
It’s about finding the kitchen table.
It’s about having family over without panic.
It’s about opening the front door without feeling overwhelmed.

A hoard doesn’t happen overnight, and it doesn’t get fixed overnight either.

That’s why I don’t show up with judgment.
I show up with garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and a game plan.

Every bag that leaves the house is one less thing weighing on someone’s shoulders.

Sometimes clients have no idea how much their little comments mean.

Today, one of mine sent me this:

“I have to say… I’m kinda missing the singing when you clean. Had me smiling the whole time you were here.” 🥹😂

I laughed way too hard.

I spend most days talking to myself, singing terribly, dancing with the vacuum, and pretending the mop is a microphone. I never know if people are secretly judging me… but apparently someone actually misses it. 😂

Little messages like this genuinely make my day. It’s a reminder that I’m not just cleaning houses—I’m building relationships with some pretty awesome people.

You guys kept me so busy this week I almost had to schedule a meeting with my vacuum.

Sometimes people think they need a picture-perfect home to hire me. The truth is, you don’t.

I tend to post photos of bigger or fancier homes because, let’s be honest, they make better advertising. But those aren’t the only homes I clean.

I’ve cleaned tiny apartments, older homes, cluttered homes, homes where life simply got in the way, and everything in between.

The other night I got a call from someone who was at their breaking point.

They said they were embarrassed. Ashamed. That things had gotten so out of hand they didn’t even know where to start anymore, and they almost didn’t call because they were scared of being judged.

Let me say this loud enough for the people in the back:

I don’t judge messy houses. I clean them.

Life happens. Mental health happens. Illness happens. Loss happens. Kids happen. Sometimes clutter slowly turns into something that feels impossible to face.

That’s where I come in.
