Kimaid Cleaning Service Beginning in 1991, Kimaid Cleaning Inc. opened as a local residential cleaning service serving the Georgetown area. Owned and operated by Kim Clark.

Prior to this, Kim worked the retail and wholesale industry for Hudson's Bay and Hickeson-Langs Food. At The Bay, Kim managed Ladies Accessories where she developed her keen eye for detail, always ensuring that she and her staff did the job pro

perly, from adding the finishing details to display cases, to adding that personal touch like changing a customer's watch battery. Many of the retail service standards adopted by Kimaid Cleaning come from Kim's years in retail. It's the attention to detail that sets our service apart from the rest, and is stressed with all our staff.

As we head into our first summer with fewer or no covid restrictions in two years, I would like to leave you with the following thoughts:

First, let's hope the worst is behind us as we return closer to normal yet remain vigilant to ensure our collective safety,

Second, I want to acknowledge my hard working staff who take great pride in bringing you the quality service you're accustomed to receiving.

Third, I'd like to take the opportunity to remind everyone that when staff visit your home they are considered to be in the workplace as defined by employment law. As such they are expected to treat customers and staff alike with the same dignity and respect that they are also entitled to receive in return and in a harassment free environment. In other words, kindness goes a long way to making everyone's day nicer.
