You started this business to build something.
But somewhere along the way you became the cleaner, the biller, the scheduler, the complaint department, and the person answering texts at 9pm.
That is not growth. That is a job you cannot quit.
If you want to actually scale, something has to change. Not someday. Today.
Here are 5 things you can start right now (in no particular order):
1. Write down one task only you can do. Then look at everything else on your list. That âeverything elseâ is what you start handing off first.
2. Raise your rate on your next new quote. Not all your clients. Just the next one. You need margin to grow, and margin starts with what you charge.
3. Build one simple checklist for how a job gets done. When it lives in your head, only you can do it. When it lives on paper, someone else can.
4. Track your numbers for one week. What comes in, what goes out, what each job actually costs you. You cannot scale what you refuse to look at.
5. Say no to one thing that drains you. One bad client. One task. One âyesâ you gave out of fear. Room does not appear on its own. You make it.
None of these are huge. But small aligned moves stack. That is how you go from stuck to scaling.
