Happy November!

A few housekeeping items 😌

We’re officially done with exterior spray services, thanks to everyone who participated for a great season! Happy to keep our clients home bug free over the winter. Even if you’re a regular, please touch base to confirm your needs as I work on a new system for spray booking in the spring. 🌺

Belleville CommunityVotes is open! We’ve been honoured with Platinum since 2020, let’s do it again! 🫶🏼

Our winter road hours are as follows:
Monday through Thursday - 9 am-4 pm
Fridays by appointment only (office still running as normal unless otherwise indicated)
We remain closed on the weekends to prioritize family time 🥰

As we come into cold and flu season, if you or anyone in your home is sick - please rebook with us! We have no cancellation fees and we would strongly prefer to keep our household healthy. We will extend the same courtesy. While we try to stay in tip top shape, illness does happen especially this time of year so we will rebook clients if we are under the weather to keep your homes healthy too! 🤒

With that said, as the winter rapidly approaches, please note we will rebook services during extreme weather conditions. Safety is paramount and we hold space during the week for service rebooks in case of weather. ❄️

As always, text and DM is the best way to reach us and the only way to reach me directly. Rhonda is happy to return voicemails with 2 business days for folks who prefer to chat on the phone. 📞

It’s not too late to get your house rodent proofed for the winter! Get in touch before the deep freeze 🥶

LAST CALL

We are just about ready to hang up the backpacks for the winter. We have very limited availability end of next week - that will conclude our exterior spray services for the fall.
We’ll be resuming this service in early May, likely mid-late April for tick treatments.

I’m streamlining our processes and revamping our existing list so even if you’re a regular - touch base so we can make sure we’ve got your needs covered!

We’re coming in hot to rodent season. It’s not too late to pest proof your home before winter!

What a busy season so far! We’re still offering exterior spray services for another couple weeks before we pack up our gear for the winter. (Booooo ❄️)
Once we put the gear away, we are unable to offer these services so if you’re in need of preventative maintenance this fall, get in touch asap!

As always we provide rodent control and exclusions all year long.

Wasps are finally starting to die down after a super long season. We had some crazy ones this year!

After a really fun and restful vacation, I’m back in the office 📝
I’ll be working on clearing the backlog today and tomorrow as well as gearing up to start our fall sprays.

We are on vacation!

Please be advised that from September 7th through the 10th, we are off the road and out of the office. I will be back in the office on September 11th to start scheduling our fall sprays.

During our vacation, we will be unavailable via phone, text, DM or email.
Feel free to leave a message and I will get back to everyone as soon as I can!

In case of serious emergency from current wasp clients (wasps becoming aggressive 5+ days after treatment, entering interior of home etc.) - Paige from AMPM Pest Control will be available to assist.
She is only available for emergencies, all other services will be addressed by us in sequence upon our return.

Wasps and hornets are full steam this month - this was a fun one Justin knocked down last week.

We’ve been very busy knocking down nests left and right since July 🐝
Still offering our season guarantees as always!

Advanced notice of vacation:

We will be out of office and off the road from September 7th-10th.
September 11th will be a day of organization for our fall sprays which we plan to begin the following week.

We have our regulars all set and are taking names for the fall list. We plan to run these until mid October weather permitting. As this is a limited time service - get on the list now to ensure availability.

Wasps! Hornets! Oh my! 🐝

We’re coming into wasp season hot and fast - and we are ready to tackle all your stinging insect control.

Friendly advice:

If you see wasps entering the structure - call a pro!!! Using aerosol injections into voids will almost certainly make the problem harder to control (and occasionally pushes them into the house)
They will find another means to access the void which can cause damage and distress. Call us before attempting to tackle!

All our wasp services include a season guarantee! This includes ground nests, inaccessible void treatments and physical removal of nests.

We are equipped for most wasp removal - please note we are not offering honeybee extractions at this time.
We generally prefer not to do bumblebee control unless they are aggressive or nesting in a high traffic zone where they cannot be left alone.

We are super excited to be Community Supporters at Press Play Café!
This program provides families in our community with passes to the facility when they may have otherwise not been able to attend. This fills us with great joy - Dante and I love the play centre and cafe and we are thrilled to be able to a part of this. 🥰
They’ve got delicious coffee and a clean and welcoming play space for our most precious community members! ❤️
