1️⃣ Hard Conversations:

Make firing less scary: Just be the person who presents a choice, let them choose. Commit or Quit?

2️⃣ Solve one thing:

Focus on your core problem, Do not stop exploring after the MVP for other features, double down.

3️⃣ Embrace Uncomfortable:

Staying busy can be an excuse for not growing.

I was doing what was comfortable over what was hard (The things I suck at) but necessary to grow.

4️⃣ New Heuristic:

Do what you suck at but is worth doing. Every day until you become so good, you love doing it.

5️⃣ Track everything:

Our numbers painted a grim picture, Retention is a big problem, This set a clear direction for our team.

We now make it a point to track every area we want to improve in, daily.

Betting it all on one throw ⚾️

Two weeks ago, I quit my 6-figure job and moved back in with my parents to build a SaaS startup.

After 5 years in the agency space and joining one of the largest fitness agencies in the US, I realized tracking client results never got easier...

So, my co-founder and I built our MVP in October 2023, onboarding our first user in December.

Within 6 months, we grew to 130+ users and 600+ clients tracked without charging a penny 🤯

Now, as we prepare to scale
