✨ Business Update ✨

Over the past while, things have grown quickly—which I’m incredibly grateful for—but with that growth came a lot behind the scenes. Managing schedules, staffing, payroll, client communication, and everything in between. It became more than I could sustainably handle while still delivering the level of care and quality I pride myself on.

I’ve made the decision to scale things back to a smaller, more manageable level for now. This will allow me to stay hands-on and ensure every clean meets the standard you’ve come to expect.

I will continue to keep slots open for occassional cleans - please just reach out!

I also want to highlight that the current Land Use Bylaw does not accommodate small, low-impact home-based businesses operating with more than one employee unless a commercial location is secured.

I am actively working toward amendments that would allow businesses like mine to operate within municipal guidelines, as a commercial space is neither financially feasible nor necessary for a mobile service-based business.

Maintaining compliance is essential to ensure my insurance remains valid and continues to protect both my clients and my business.

Just a little reset for now, so I can rebuild in a way that’s stronger, healthier, and more sustainable long-term.

Hey everyone — I’ve made the decision to temporarily pause all services.

The past while has been a lot, both personally and professionally, and I’ve hit a point where I need to take a short step back to reset and take care of my mental health.

I also want to use this time to really reflect on how I can move forward in a way that’s sustainable, positive, and better for both myself and the business long-term.

Any clients who have upcoming bookings, I will reach out individually as soon as I can.

Clutterbug Cleaners is growing and we are looking for an experienced, reliable cleaner who can start ASAP to join our residential cleaning team.

We are not a casual cleaning company. We are a professional, system-based cleaning company with detailed checklists, clear expectations, and a strong team environment so every cleaner knows exactly what is expected on every job.

This position is best suited for someone who already has cleaning experience and is comfortable working independently.

• Must be available weekdays (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) with occasional weekend shifts (4–6 hours)
• Must have a reliable vehicle
• Must be comfortable working solo when required
• Must be willing to lead a team when needed
• Must be reliable and on time
• Must have strong attention to detail
• Must be physically able to handle cleaning work
• Must be professional with clients and coworkers
• Must be able to follow checklists and company systems

At Clutterbug Cleaners, giving back has always been at the heart of what we do.

We are so proud to announce that we are renewing our partnership with Cleaning For A Reason, donating our time to provide free home cleaning services to individuals undergoing cancer treatment.

This cause means so much to us. When someone is fighting cancer, the last thing they should have to worry about is scrubbing floors or cleaning bathrooms. Being able to step in and lift that burden — even in a small way — is something we are deeply honored to do. 💕

Now for the bittersweet news…

While we were grateful to previously partner with the Suncor Social Club, we will no longer be continuing in that role moving forward.

We are incredibly thankful for the support and opportunities that partnership brought. As our business grows and evolves, we are being intentional about where we focus our time and energy — and continuing to serve families facing cancer is something we feel strongly called to prioritize.
