This here is a piece from our YouTube storytelling project, where we share some of the experiences that helped shape Good Fellas Stoves & Chimneys over the years.

We look back on this moment fondly — being introduced to chimney cameras for the first time and realizing how much they could improve the service we were able to offer our clients. It gave us the opportunity to provide more value, help homeowners better understand their chimney systems, and ultimately help families burn safer through the winter months.

At the time, nobody in the HRM was really doing it, and it completely changed the way we approached chimney sweeps moving forward.
