CANCELLATION POLICY - Should you wish to skip or cancel any scheduled service appointment, please provide CF's Cleaning Crew with a minimum of three business days (72 hours minimum) notice prior to your scheduled appointment. The following fees apply to Cancellations: • Within three business days notice (72 hours minimum) you will not be charged • Within two business days notice (48 hours) you

will be charged 50% of your scheduled service • Within one business day notice (24 hours) you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Once we book you in, we hold that time open for you and turn away potential clients in order to ensure your time. Please be courteous and give us as much time as possible to reschedule as we must adhere strictly to this policy in order to prevent lost wages for your cleaner.
