We would like to extend a sincere *thank you* to the individual who recently used our service and left behind wood, woodchips, bark, sticks, and sawdust.
Unfortunately, due to this misuse, our lift pump has now jammed again. As a small business, we simply cannot afford the $1,700 repair cost each time this happens—especially when clear signage is posted stating that misuse of our system will result in a $500 charge. Our facility operates on a septic system, which is not designed to handle this type of debris.
This marks the fourth pump replacement in just a year and a half* of being open.
To our respectful and valued customers—thank you. We truly appreciate your continued support and for using our services properly.
However, due to repeated incidents like this, we are now faced with a very difficult reality. If this continues, we may no longer be able to sustain the cost of repairs and may be forced to either sell or close our doors later this year.
We are incredibly disappointed to even have to say this. Please be respectful of the space so we can continue serving our community.
