Pro-Tip: Drip-Dry the toilet brush under the seat!

Ever wonder why we leave the brush sitting under the rim like this after scrubbing?

Putting a wet brush right back into its holder traps moisture, creating a breeding ground for bacteria, mold, and nasty odors.

By clamping the handle under the toilet seat for 5–10 minutes:

💧 It fully drips dry into the bowl where it belongs.

🧼 Keeps the brush holder clean & dry instead of pooling dirty water..

🦠 Prevents cross-contamination and bacteria growth in your bathroom.

It's the small, smart steps in cleaning that keep your home truly sanitary!

Even Edmonton’s Most Beautiful Spaces Can’t Escape Dust!

Spotted this over the weekend at the Citadel Theatre. Even in huge, beautiful, high-traffic venues, dust builds up in places we rarely look.

The truth is, dust doesn't just sit there. Ceiling fans and high fixtures circulate invisible airborne particles throughout the room every time they run. Those particles carry::

🌾 Allergens (dust mites, dander, pollen)

🦠 Pathogens (bacteria and germs hitching a ride on dust)

🛑 Irritants that impact overall air quality and breathing

Whether it's a massive community theatre or your own living room, high-surface deep cleans remove what regular tidying leaves behind; creating a healthier, fresher atmosphere for everyone.

✨ When was the last time the top of your ceiling fans got a full reset? Send a private message to get your home's deep clean on the schedule!

🧼 Why Regular Cleaning Isn’t Always Enough: The Importance of a Deep Clean 🧼

Routine tidying keeps a home looking nice day-to-day, but over time, dust, allergens, and grime build up in places we rarely look; like the tops of ceiling fans, behind heavy appliances, and along baseboards.

A thorough deep clean does more than improve how a space looks:

🌬️ Improves Air Quality: Removes accumulated dust, pet dander, and allergens circulating through fan blades and vents.

🛡️ Protects Your Home: Prevents grime buildup from damaging finishes on trim, cabinets, and flooring..

🧘 Reduces Stress: Replaces hidden clutter and dust with a truly fresh, calm living environment.

📋 Deep Cleaning Focus on High-Impact & Forgotten Areas:

❗️️Ceiling Fans & Fixtures: Wipe down the tops of fan blades, light housings, and motor bases where thick dust collects.

❗️Top of Fridge & Cabinets: Clear off grease and dust layers that settle above eye level.

❗️Behind & Under Appliances: Pull out stove and refrigerator to vacuum and mop floor surfaces underneath.

❗️Baseboards & Trim: Hand-wipe trim throughout living areas and hallways to remove scuffs and dust.

❗️Floors & Edges: Deep vacuum, sweep, and mop wall-to-wall, paying special attention to corners.
