Farmhouse Interiors Co. is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our administrative team!

Position:
• Part-Time (4–5 hours per day)
• Monday–Friday
• Calgary, AB

Responsibilities include:
✔️ Managing daily scheduling and calendar coordination
✔️ Responding to client inquiries
✔️ Booking appointments and maintaining accurate client records
✔️ Assisting with administrative tasks and day-to-day office operations
✔️ Problem-solving and ensuring schedules run efficiently

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has previous administrative and scheduling experience
• Is highly organized with excellent time management skills
• Has strong written and verbal communication skills
• Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
• Can work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Has exceptional attention to detail and a positive, professional attitude

Experience in the home service industry is an asset but not required.
