I learned this simple principle after a few years of being in business. You can not, and will not please everyone.

You could do everything right, go above & beyond, heck you could pay them for you to do the service and they would still complain.

It comes down to this.

Some customers just come looking for problems

They are miserable, they live their whole lives like that. There’s no pleasing them in any aspect. They just refuse to look at things in a different light.

I’ve had plenty of instances where I kissed ass in hopes to change the outcome of the interaction. Unfortunately it doesn’t work. If you don’t want to be a decent human being don’t come do business here.
