About This Role As A General Cleaner:
·As part of this team, you will provide cleaning services to our Cowichan Valley Clients. You as the cleaner, is accountable for the quality of work performed & for the efficient use of supplies

·The Ideal candidates must be focused on proving exceptional client service & enjoys working alone or as part of a team. They must be trustworthy, reliable, professional & courteous to others

·The successful candidates must be able to work independently with their own tasks competently & effectively

·This role requires a dedicated team player that will foster a positive work environment and assist co-workers & supervisors

·Must be able to safely work independently & comfortable working with many different types of supplies & atmosphere. We will never ask you to be in a home or office alone that you are not comfortable with

·Previous cleaning experience in private homes, office spaces, apartment, commercial spaces or any other related industry is an asset & required. Training is available but we would like to hire employees who have a basic understanding about supplies, tasks & time management
·Must be able to follow instructions & problem solve
·Must be able to stand long periods of time
·Must be competent in oneself & able to ask for help when unsure of situations
·Must have reliable transportation that can hold supplies.
·Clean Criminal Record Check

What's in it for you?
·The Job pays $15hr with incentive to be hired on after probation period with pay increase as high as $18hr based off skill & experience
·Full-time, long-term opportunity to employees after probation period
·Holidays off

Contact Posties and we will clean that driveway up by shoveling the snow for you. This is the gift that keeps on giving.
