We are licensed, bonded, and insured to protect your home. My husband Ross, our Chief Operations Officer, and head cleaner, definitely has a knack for cleaning and organizing. As a teenager he worked at his parent's private senior care facility on Shawnigan Lake, cleaning rooms and common areas. He spent most of his career teaching life skills to persons with developmental disabilities. Working with his clients teaching them how to grocery shop, cook a balanced meal, do laundry, and maintain personal hygiene but also the importance of keeping organized, cleaning, and disinfecting their home. Part of Ross's job while working in group homes over the years was cleaning and maintaining the property and teaching his clients how to do the same. Ross was also the full-time caregiver for a down syndrome man who lived with him for 15 years and was responsible for all aspects of his care. Ross was also a janitor with School District 79 and enjoyed the satisfaction of knowing he helped keep the kids safe and healthy through his cleaning and disinfecting regime. Ross is also WHIMIS trained and certified and looks forward to making your house sparkle. I'm Karen, and my background is in customer service, administration, training, and marketing. So...I handle all the behind-the-scenes activities and ensure Ross is happy and busy and our clients are 100% satisfied with our work :-)

We’re looking for a detail-oriented, reliable cleaner to join our team, starting casual with the opportunity to grow into a steady part-time role (3 days/week).

💰 Starting at $20/hour (with room to grow)

This role is best suited for someone who:
✔ Takes real pride in their work
✔ Notices the small details others miss
✔ Is dependable and consistent
✔ Is looking for long-term, stable work

Requirements:

Available 9 AM – 5 PM, weekdays & weekends
Driver's license and reliable vehicle
Can pass a criminal record check

The upside of cleaning the vacation rentals is we have a lot of bottles and cans to donate each month. This month we donated them to a Duncan family whose 4.5 month old baby boy, Bennett, is in Vancouver Sick Children’s hospital fighting a battle with cancer.

A big shout out to Taylor, a friend of Bennett’s family for collecting them.
