Today I finished an 11-hour move-out clean for my client Dave, who has been with me since the very beginning of my business 4 years ago.
Before I left, I took a moment to reflect on how much this little business has grown over the years, and how clients like him played such a huge role in getting me to where I am today.
When I first started, I had no idea what this journey would become. There were a lot of long days, learning curves, self-doubt, and figuring things out as I went — but having loyal, supportive clients who trusted me from the start made all the difference.
After today’s clean, Dave sent me this message:
“I want to thank you for your excellent service and reliability over the years. Thank you for always doing such a great job. It was nice never having to worry about it, especially when I was working out of town. Feel free to use me as a reference anytime.”
Messages like this mean more than people probably realize. 🤍 and yes I cried after.
