๐ What Youโll Do:
๐ท๐จ Install batt insulation into wall, ceiling & other assorted building cavities
๐ทโโ๏ธ๐จ Install/Roll/Tack Down polyethylene v***r barrier (poly)
๐งต Install acoustic sealant, window & door backer rod + thermoplastic caulking
โ๏ธ Fill exterior penetrations with canned spray foam & tape wire penetrations
๐ Assist main installers with jobs
๐ Train/Learn from experienced installers on the team
๐๏ธ Job site clean-up & other various tasks to help the team succeed
๐ What to expect:
๐ต Training wage starts at $20/hr & candidates that excel can expect up to $25+/hr
โฑ๏ธ 8 hour days - 5 days a week minimum
๐ Driverโs License/Vehicle - Not mandatory, but candidates with DL will be given priority
๐จ๐พโ๐ซ Willing to train the right candidate, even if you have no insulation experience
