What I need from you:
▪ Please do a full walk around and inspection of all windows and screens. Note any chips, cracks or holes in the window as well as any tears in the screens.
▪ Please have everything removed from in front of your windows prior to your windows being cleaned.
▪ Please have all screens removed prior to your windows being cleaned.
▪ Please have appropriate sized ladders at your home if you require more than just the ground floor windows to be cleaned.
What you need to know:
▪ Please be aware that my prices are $5 per window with the exception of sliding glass doors which are $5 per door pane. If you'd like to have your screens cleaned as well I add an additional $3 on per window.
▪ Please be aware that if you’d like to have hard water spots removed from your windows I add an additional $2 on per window.
