I am an independent cleaner with openings for weekly/biweekly/ monthly cleaning . I provide my own supplies.
Quotes include labor, time, supplies, gas , and parking fees if required .
I specialize in deep cleaning and organization but not limited to
My goal : giving you the peace of mind that your space is cleaned with love and care .
Rates are subject to change

General base cleaning includes
40$ per hour
Mopping
Sweeping
Vacuum
Garbage
Light dusting
Basic bathrooms
Basic kitchen
Basic living room
Basic laundry room
Basic bedroom

Deep cleaning includes
55/$hour
Inside appliances
Walls
Baseboards
Full clean of living spaces examples
moving furniture
Blinds
Removing books etc off shelves to dust

Move out clean flat rate
250-400$/ depending on the state and size of your cleaning requirements (pictures required)

Upholstery cleaning (ask for rates )

20$ gas fee outside of coquitlam / Port Coquitlam

35$ regular cleaning like daily maintenance sweeping mopping outside of appliances light dusting bathrooms floors and windows

45$ plus deep cleaning per hour inside cupboards inside fridge ovens walls baseboards blinds

250-400 $ move out clean
Depending on the situation

45$ -150$ per carpet cleaning
Depending on situation

20$ gas fee outside of coquitlam / Port Coquitlam

Why wouldn’t anyone want to use norwex to clean ? 🧼. My new fave is cleaning hardwood floor with the norwex wet/dry mop .
Picture: yellow mop is the dry mop blue is the wet . Literally cleaned the floor with water . Even after washing the floor the dry mop gets more left over residue 🙌🏻
My team for the day : wet/dry mop , enviro cloth , polish cloth , laundry booster for the win 🏆

Cleaning is hard with kids … well two teenagers and a five year old who is a 🌪️. So one room in the house gets cleaned at a time . This side of the kitchen is where I got to all done with a counter cloth , laundry and home booster ( the bleach alternative again my lungs thank me) and a spirinett (steel wool that has micro silver in it) .

Bathroom picture is after deep clean using an envirocloth , laundry+home booster which is a bleach alternative (my lungs thank me) , water, and a window cloth !!
Basement kitchen was dusty and had some cobwebs , window and door frames had some grime . Again laundry home boost envirocloth water and a window cloth . No harsh chemicals, I can still breathe and client was happy 😃
