I am looking for someone to train and take on my current recurring cleaning clients.
Qualifications are as follows:
- Previous experience cleaning professionally an asset, but not a requirement.
- Valid driver’s Licence, and a vehicle
- Punctual
- Reliable and honest
- Self-starter
- Ability to follow instructions
- Detail oriented
- Good people skills and a positive attitude
- Flexible hours
- Access to washing machine
- Up to date criminal record check
- Animal lover as most clients have dogs or cats
All tools and supplies needed to complete cleans will be provided for use, and consist of natural cleaning supplies, a work bag, vacuum and steam mop among other things.
This is currently a part time position with approx. 10 hours per week so far, with the opportunity to grow and take on more if wanted. There will also be an extra hour per week added on to wages to ensure all supplies are kept topped up, clean, and organised.
Training will have to be in the afternoon, with the opportunity to complete cleans in the mornings afterwards if that works better with your schedule. Weekdays only, no weekends necessary.
Pay Expectations: Minimum wage during training (consists of learning through shadowing me at each of the client’s homes), and then $22/hr thereafter when you are on your own.
Weekly paychecks available instead of biweekly if preferred.
