🐾 We don’t just clean homes — we make friends with the pets who live in them! 🐾

One of our favourite parts of the job is getting to see all of our clients’ furry family members. From the enthusiastic greeters to the shy little ones who eventually come out to say hello, we love them all! 🐶🐱❤️

✨ MEET THE TEAM — SUE ✨

We’re excited to introduce (or reintroduce!) one of the familiar faces working behind the scenes at CM Cleaning Ltd.

Before CM Cleaning was incorporated in 2017, Natalie, owner of CM Cleaning Ltd., and Sue shared a business partnership in Edmonton from 2012–2016.

Together, the two women took a chance on a new venture, building their business throughout the city and securing some of their largest commercial and oilfield cleaning contracts. Many of those contracts were maintained for years, thanks in part to Sue’s hands-on approach to safety procedures, training and systems.

Originally from England, Sue brings a wealth of experience in Human Resources, Health & Safety, Finance, Administration and Business Operations.

Sue wasn’t simply brought on to help CM Cleaning with documentation and administration. She shares a strong vision for the future of CM Cleaning and takes the growth, structure and reputation of the company very seriously. Her dedication is helping us build stronger systems behind the scenes and ensure that as we grow, we continue to operate with the professionalism, accountability and high standards our clients and employees deserve.

Today, Sue serves as CM Cleaning’s HR & Safety Coordinator, helping ensure our team has the proper policies, procedures, training and safety documentation in place to do their jobs safely and professionally. She also works behind the scenes supporting contracts, employee documentation, compliance and the systems that help keep our growing company organized.

As CM Cleaning enters another exciting stage of growth, building a strong team behind the cleaning crews is just as important as the work we do for our clients.

We’re very lucky to have Sue back as part of that team. ❤️

CM Cleaning Ltd. is growing! With more than 50 clients served each month, we’re looking for one reliable and experienced cleaning professional to take on an established daytime client schedule in Cold Lake.

This is a permanent, full-time, contract-based opportunity offering:

✨ Excellent job-based compensation
✨ Performance bonuses
✨ Monday to Friday daytime schedule — approximately 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
✨ No evenings or weekends
✨ One month of mandatory paid training
✨ All cleaning products, equipment, supplies and uniform provided
✨ Consistent work with established clients

Applicants must have professional cleaning experience, be dependable and detail-oriented, and be physically capable of handling stairs, step stools and demanding cleaning work.
