This role starts as a part-time, hands-on training position (20–25 hours/week) with the goal of mentoring the right candidate into a full-time management role.

✔ Builds strong relationships with clients and team members
✔ Can work independently, take initiative, and adapt to changing priorities
✔ Is physically capable of handling the demands of a fast-paced, hands-on role
✔ Is eager to learn all aspects of operations, leadership and client services
✔ Is flexible and available for changing schedules, including evenings and weekends
