Walnut season here in Ro!
A little fun fact about this eastern-european country is that the vast wild is home to a large variety of nut trees, including the walnut trees, which are EVERYWHERE!
And a very important source of nutrients, fats and oils used a lot in many traditional recipes( exactly how we used them for our walnut coated chimney cakes:))
Our kids love the taste of fresh walnuts, as opposed to the dried version, they are sweet, moist and savoury😊
