Automotive & Trailer Detail/Maintenance My name is Matt Foster, I am the owner and operator of Foster & Sons detailing and maintenance service.

I have lived in the Cowichan Valley most of my life and am now raising my two boys here. I am a Red Seal Mechanic who has always had a love for working on vehicles. Over the years, that passion has turned into working on trailers as well as vehicles.

Hey Cowichan,
This is Matt from Foster and Sons Auto Repair and Detailing in Chemainus. Last spring I expanded my shop to offer mechanic services alongside our detailing. I am located on Smiley Road just off the highway.
I have two last-minute spots that have opened up this week for either a detail or mechanic service; Wednesday and Friday. Message me or call me if you would like to book your vehicle in.

Great shots from one of our interior details this week. I love slipping these details in between Mechanic Jobs to change up the pace. Matt Foster

A little update from Foster & Sons 👋

It’s been a busy summer around here!

We just wanted to take a moment to say THANK YOU to everyone who has supported Foster & Sons over the past few months. Your continued support, recommendations, bookings and kind words have meant so much to our family and small business.

This summer also brought a pretty big change for us — we expanded Foster & Sons to offer mechanical services! 🔧

What started with our passion for detailing has grown into a full automotive service business, and we’re so grateful to everyone who has trusted us with their vehicles as we take this next step.

We’ve been keeping busy behind the scenes and are excited for what’s ahead.

Thank you for supporting local, supporting family-owned, and helping us grow. ❤️
