Thanksgiving is for a full table, a warm kitchen, and a house full of people — not spending the whole weekend trying to get everything cleaned before they arrive. 🍂

A little fall update from HEWI’S Property Services 🍂

Things have been busy behind the scenes lately between property checks, seasonal preparation, recurring clients, and helping homeowners get their properties ready for the months ahead.

Our September cleaning schedule is now fully booked, and we’re incredibly grateful for the continued support from both new and returning clients.

We are now booking into October for select services, including:

• Refresh cleans
• Deep cleans
• Biweekly and monthly cleaning
• Property checks for vacant, seasonal, work-away and snowbird properties
• Seasonal property preparation and local oversight

Our Property Check service has also been getting a lot of interest this fall, especially from homeowners who will be away during the colder months and simply want someone local keeping an eye on things.

It’s been a busy Labor Day Monday out and about with HEWI’S Property Services.

Today has been a mix of property assessments, checking in on work sites, and visiting properties where our crews are helping with organizational and preparation work ahead of upcoming home projects and renovations.

It’s one of the things I really enjoy about this business — no two days look quite the same, and we get to work in some truly beautiful parts of Newfoundland along the way.

Our Property Check service has also had a great response over the past couple of weeks, and our assessment schedule is filling up quickly.

We still have a few openings available for mid-to-late September property assessments, with many of our seasonal property-check agreements beginning in October and continuing through the winter.

Property Checks start at $49.99 + HST per check in our immediate service area, and agreements can be tailored based on the property and the level of support each client needs.

Sometimes the hardest part of dealing with a property is not knowing what service to book.
