Well another year has come and gone and I took yesterday to rest and reflect on the 2024. It was quite a year all round with the good, bad and the amazing!

Happy Weekend Everyone,
I know I have been pretty quiet on social media the past few months but that's only because we at Upstaged Home Services have been crazy busy.
Have you been wondering what we have been up to?
Well thanks to the wonderful support from our community the word is spreading quickly and we are incredibly busy helping people in all kinds of ways.
I'm super excited to share with you that we just completed jobs on the three houses below . We have been working on these for a couple of months from the the start to finish. We started before the house was listed and finished up with a full deep move out clean.
We offer all kinds of services targeted to your specific needs, every client and every home has different needs.
Clean up and clean out home and property
Deep cleaning/move in/out cleaning
Residential cleaning Biweekly/monthly
Decluttering, cleaning and soft staging
Purging, downsizing and organizing
Packing and preparation to move
Remove trash/unwanted items by recycling/donation/garbage
Yard, lawn and garden care
All three of these homes were spotless inside and out and completely move in ready for the new owners!
Nothing is better than completing a job and your client wants to give you hugs because they are so happy with how everything turned out and grateful for our help!

We are growing and looking for amazing individuals to join our team!

We specialize in helping our community get their homes ready for sale in the Campbell River area.

Professional cleaning or organization skills are an asset but no required, as on-the-job training will be provided.

We will train the right individual to help provide a wide range of services.

We are looking for individuals who strive to provide support clients through a variety of ways including but not limited to the following:

Decluttering, cleaning and soft staging
Purging, downsizing and organizing
Packing or unpacking boxes
Residential and Commercial cleaning
Deep cleans and move out cleaning
Basic lawn and garden care
Helping in removal of unwanted items by recycling, donation or disposal

There is the opportunity for growth as we grow for the right individual. Wages will vary between $18 – $30 per hour and will depend on knowledge, experience and what you bring to our company.

Hours and schedule will vary from week to week along with the services provided which may allow some flexibility. Work times will mostly be Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00am and 5:00pm but you may be asked to work later or longer or the weekend if we are under deadline.

You should be....
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong desire to help people in our community.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.

Must have common sense and the ability to make decisions quickly.

Able to take direction and work effectively in a team-based environment.

Ability to think outside the box and solve problems when situations arise.

Being able to adapt to an ever-changing work environment and the ability to do what is needs to be done at the time; is important.

Ability to understand, recognize and carry out safe work practices ensuring that the safety of our clients and employees is always top priority.

Must be physically fit, and able to be on your feet for 6 or more hours at a time. Having the ability to perform a wide range of duties such moving large items and lifting 30+ lbs. may be required.

Must provide CLEAR criminal record/background check completed within the last 12 months. A reimbursement with be paid to employees upon completion of a 3-month probationary period if a current criminal check is required.

This one of my amazing clients home that has just hit the market this week. Its a great property a large updated rancher and located on a large lot in Willow Point.

This property and home didn't need a lot of help from us before it was listed just some spring cleaning, it is well love and cared for and it shows.
