**CLEANERS

I supply the cleaners. We use mostly vim and lysol products.
If you prefer something different it must be provided by homeowner and left out for us.

There is no discount to your cost if we use your products.

When cleaning homes I do *NOT* provide the following...
These items are the responsibility of the homeowner

* toilet brushes

* sink polish ...I use vim. If you want your sink polished please provide the paste.

* CLR
I can apply the CLR to help remove calcium, lime,and rust but I do not provide it.

* carpet Clean solution
When cleaning carpets a charge for the solution would be applied to the bill, if not provided.

* oven cleaner

*stainless steel cleaner.

* broom, mop, bucket, and vacuum.

A special fee of 10.00 will be applied to your bill if broom, mop, bucket and vacuum are not provided and I am required to bring one with me.

* leather wipes for furniture.

*** if there are cleaners you would prefer that I do not use you must provide them.
There will NOT be any discounts or adjustments to your price if I use your cleaners.

*** if you want under couches or other furniture vacuumed and mop *YOU*must move out the furniture before I arrive.

WE DO NOT PULL OUT OR MOVE COUCHES, BEDS, DRESSERS, APPLIANCES. OR OTHER LARGE PIECES OF FURNITURE.

**PAYMENT**we accept both cash and etransfer.Although cash is our preferred payment method.* CASH must be left on table ...

we accept both cash and etransfer.
Although cash is our preferred payment method.

* CASH must be left on table or counter if home owner is not home.
If home owner is present it must be paid before we leave.

* ETRANSFER must be sent before we leave.

** late fee of 25.00 will be added to bill for 3 or more hrs wait time on payment through etransfer.

Etransfer payment MUST be paid same day as clean. If payment is not received the same day not only is payment due before your next scheduled clean but the 25.00 late fee must be paid as well before your next clean
