TERMS OF SERVICE
Smoke-Free Environments Only
I charge $35 per hour, with all supplies provided except for a vacuum cleaner and toilet bleach. I am fully insured and bondable. My minimum fee is $140.00, irrespective of the hours booked.
HOURS OF OPERATION
● From September to June
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 2 PM
● In July and August
Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
I am closed on holidays and during some school cancellations.
I accommodate bi-weekly and monthly schedules (every 4 weeks).
I prioritize my family above all else, if this is something that doesn't work for you, together we are not going to be a good fit. Additionally, snow days, delayed starts, or unexpected early dismissals may occasionally impact my schedule, although I strive to manage it effectively!
PETS
They are often the highlight of my job; however, I do not clean up urine or f***s. If this situation arises, an additional charge will apply.
Unless previously arranged, please crate unpredictable animals when you are not home and I am scheduled to be there.
Additions that may not be included:
-If surfaces are more then 50% covered items will be cleaned around instead of moved and cleaned under.
-Cleaning the interiors of ovens, refrigerators, and dishwashers is not included but can be requested with adequate notice.
-Windows, trim, and baseboards are not included but can be requested with adequate notice.
-Self-cleaning ovens are excluded, with no exceptions.
-Dusting or cleaning light bulbs is also not included due to safety hazards, no exceptions.
PRIVACY/ PERSONAL
I ask that all cash, jewelry and anything of that nature be put away out of sight as to not be disturbed.
Any and all personal items such as Razor Blades, Hair trimmers, Reusable Menstruation Products, Bar Soap, ect. will not handled and will be cleaned around if possible.
▪︎I do not clean behind closed doors. If you would like a closet or spare room to be included in the cleaning, please ensure the space is accessible and inform me in advance if the door is to remain closed.
TEMPERATURE
▪︎Please aim to maintain the temperature within the range of 65°-68° during the cleaning appointments, as it is crucial to sustain an efficient pace.
▪︎SICK/RESCHEDULING/CANCELATIONS
-If anyone in the household is ill during the scheduled appointment and cannot leave due to their condition, please contact me to reschedule as soon as possible.
-A 50% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations.
-A 100% cancellation fee is applicable if the cancellation occurs within 48 hours before the appointment.
*Please be aware that cancellation fee's will NOT be charged (under any circumstances), If we can reschedule a missed cleaning and it not interfere with your scheduled cleans.
I typically have spare days available specifically for rescheduled appointments.
PAYMENTS
-I accept cash at the time of service or e-transfer [email protected], payments are to be made day of the cleaning appointment within a 24 hour window. If payments are late, or you need to be reminded often, you may be subject to a late payment fee.
-End of the year receipts are provided!
TERMINATION
If terminating a recurring service, please allow up to two weeks notice or a cancelation fee may be charged.
