If you want a super easy cleaning hack to get rid of the calcium build up on your glass shower I have it for you 😀 I use a plant based liquid fabric softener. 😀Simply pour a small amount of fabric softener onto a sponge and use it to wipe down the glass. Then, wipe with a damp cloth, rinse, and dry. You can also any fabric softener sheet..dampen the fabric softener sheet and rub it on the dry glass shower and you should start to see the build up coming off. When finished don't forget to rinse the glass doors etc. Otherwise you will be left with a cloudy glass.

All those out there with children that have colored on your walls or left those nice black/greasy handprints on your walls raise your hand! All those with calcium stains on shower doors, faucets or even shower walls raise your hand! If you love using the Magic Eraser raise your hand! I have 2 inexpensive and environmentally friendly solution that will save you money on buying Magic Erasers in stores. DIY #1 is very simple and costs you approximately .39 per sponge. I use Melamine foam which I purchase from Amazon for $8.50cad for 100pcs. I don't add any cleaning agents to the sponge. The Melamine foam works exactly the same way as store bought Magic Erasers..all you do is wet it and wipe..yes it is that easy. :) DIY #2 involves 3 ingredients..1 teaspoon of baking soda, a few drops of Castille soap and warm water. In a spray bottle, mix together with the warm water the baking soda and Castille soap. Swirl around until the baking soap and soap is mixed in. You can use any sponge with this solution. All you do is pray the mixture either right on the surface you want to clean or directly onto the sponge. Scrub/wipe just as you would with a store bought Magic Eraser.
Happy Cleaning! :)

Get Rid of Chair Stains with an easy DIY cleaner. Many chairs are now made with microfiber upholstery making it a challenge to clean. Spray the stain with rubbing alcohol and wipe with a clean sponge. Alcohol evaporates quicker than water so it won't leave a mark. Worried the alcohol will fade your fabric? Create a solution of one part dishwashing liquid to two parts hydrogen peroxide--spray, rub in, let stand and wash.

You’ve probably heard that commercial polishes can, over time, lead to buildup. That’s because they contain silicone to offset the effects of other ingredients. Since silicone bonds with itself, every new application is putting down yet another layer of it. Dust and humidity get trapped between those layers, so eventually, your furniture looks dull and grimy.
Like your skin, dry wood cracks and looks dull when it’s not properly moisturized. Here is DIY polish I make.and use in my clients homes.

1 cup olive or jojoba oil

1/4 cup white vinegar

3 tbsp lemon essential oil
Add all ingredients to a spray bottle and shake well.

Is there anything worse thing to clean than dirty blinds? I use to hate cleaning blinds until I figured out an easy way to dust and clean the blinds. Gone will be the days of taking the blinds down and soaking them in the bathtub. I use a dry paintbrush to easily get between the slats. For heavier jobs, wrap the ends of kitchen tongs in a rag or towel and secure them with rubber bands, then dip in a mixture of water, vinegar and dish soap. Close the blinds, and go to it! The tongs make it easy to get on both sides of the blinds at the same time. In a matter of minutes your blinds are clean.

When spring rolls around everyone starts the tedious task of "spring cleaning. Many people despise the dreaded task of cleaning windows and screens. First we wash the window, dry the window and fidget with trying to get the screen out so it can washed in the bathtub. Well I have quick and very affective way of cleaning my window screens. Lint rollers..yes you read that correctly. They are designed to remove lint from clothing, but they work equally well as a screen cleaner. The same properties that make them ideal for removing lint from clothing make them the perfect tool for cleaning a screen. I use the one with the peel away paper..it seems to work best. The best part about using a lint roller is there will be no more fussing over getting the screen and no more cursing to the screen developers on why it is so hard to take. HAPPY CLEANING! 😁
