High rise and low rise window cleaning, Snow removal, Property maintenance. We are also in good standing with the BBB and BOMA.

As an established company since 1989, we have collaborations with many Property Management Groups, as well as Construction Companies and Investment Capital Companies around Southern Alberta. Although primarily in Calgary, we've provided services in Medicine Hat, Red Deer and Banff areas as well. Our Priority is building our reputation and relationship with current and prospective clients alike. We have third party experts that have trained our employees in Sprat Rope Access, Boom, Swing Stage, etc. Ever-clear is a member in good and current standing with Comply Works and Contractor Check by way of updating and complying or better with all industry safety standards. As a Service Provider, communication is critical to our success. We have an open line of communication with all Supervisors and/or Building Operators. After the initial meeting with a customer has taken place, the goal is to provide services as requested for each site. This means following up on any requests or new information received as quickly as possible. We also make recommendations, if needed, again, depending on each site.
