Whether you’re scheduling a one-time clean, moving out, or setting up recurring services, here’s everything you need to know:
❓Are you licensed and insured?
✅ Yes, we are fully licensed and insured in Alberta.
❓Do I have to be home during the service?
✅ Not at all! Many clients provide access instructions and return to a freshly cleaned home. Though, if you prefer to be home, that’s great too!
❓Do you bring your own supplies?
✅ Yes, we bring all cleaning supplies and equipment. Eco-friendly products are also available on request.
❓How do I pay?
✅ We accept credit card, debit card, or e-transfer. We require a credit card on file to confirm all bookings. Your card is put on a hold 24 hours before the service start time. You’re only charged after the service is completed.
❓What if I am not satisfied?
✅ We offer a full satisfaction guarantee. If something on the checklist was missed, just let us know within 24 hours and we’ll schedule a return visit to make it right, at no extra cost.
❓What’s your cancellation policy?
✅ We ask for 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a fee.
❓Can I refer a friend?
✅ Absolutely. Get $25 off your next clean when your refer a friend and they’ll get $25 off their first service too!
