Hope Cleaning is a platform for people to launch into their destiny. Every part of our company is set up to inspire hope and bring the best out of each other. Cleaners become managers and managers become owners and everyone gets to exchange an honest day’s work for an honest day’s pay. Some folks move on to other companies and we celebrate their success. It matters to you because when we invest in people they invest themselves in you and your home. This philosophy empowers all of us, including you, to become difference makers in our spheres of influence. We have had the privilege to see this happen in the life of one of our cleaners. She had a dream to see the children in the low-income housing community have the opportunity to learn to dance even though they couldn’t afford it. Not only were we able to help support her in starting the dance program, but we were also able to subsidize the cost for the children to attend. At hope cleaning, we believe in more than making your home sparkle, we believe in helping people make their lives sparkle.
