Gleam Girls is a female owned and operated student window cleaning business that has been successfully serving the Calgary community for over five years. We are looking for professional young women to be a part of our entrepreneurial team! If you love autonomy, flexibility and spending time in the sunshine, this is the role for you!
Elements of the position include:
• Fast paced, fun environment
• Opportunity to develop experience in customer service, communications and sales
• Full-time or part-time work beginning in May through August
• Working with friends and like-minded motivated women
Position Available:
• Window Cleaning Associate: This role is fun and stimulating, ideal for women wanting an active position & looking to develop entrepreneurial experience. The ideal individual is hard working, coachable, organized and has effective communication skills. This role will involve physical window cleaning, procuring new clientele and delivering premium customer service.
• Pay structure is a combination of hourly rate & commissions-based
Qualifications:
• Available for full-time or part-time employment May through end of August
• Must have transportation to and from work (job site locations may change daily)
• Actively pursuing post-secondary education is preferred
