Recently, we made a move out cleaning.

During the cleaning, the owner, John, talk to me and mentioned that, His refrigerator feels like having a problem.

So I said to him, I love to help you with your problem, but I have no idea about fixing a fridge.
After that, I went back to the kitchen and started cleaning behind the fridge.

And BOOM! I saw this one.

I called John and show it to him. I said, “This might be the cause of your problem.”
So I started vacuuming the whole thing and leave it clean.

After couple of days, he called me and said, “Hey Arthur! I just wanted to thank you, and now I have no problem with my fridge.

I spoke to one of the tenants I met. I ask her if what is the main thing she checks before moving in to a new Apartment, Condo, or a House?
