Take that worry away with a company who solely focuses on the home. We will make sure we do an inventory & inspection of everything. Within our consult we will list and take pictures of the home being in perfect condition.
This ensures that when we come in to the home after someone has rented it, we know if something has broke, gotten damaged, needed extra cleaning, brought an unwanted animal, smoked etc. we can asses that damage and have it written out with pictures to be sure you have a written contract with such. This keeps you safe in case thereâs major damage.
Not only do we make sure the home initially is perfectly fine and perfect condition after a guest, we also expertise in cleaning.
We will come in and make your home look like a brand new rental. Bring life back into the home. Make sure thereâs a proper eye that sees every spec of dirt and can be sure youâre cleaner and more sanitized than a hotel.
During the winter and with sicknesses going around you can never be too sure if your home is clean. Let someone worry about every detail from washing linens, to baseboards, & making beds. Making sure dishes are clean and if not rewashed, or put away.

We are available from Red Deer to Banff and offer same day cleaning. We come well equipped with our own materials. We have a gas charge depending on location and gas prices, however that gas charge doesnât ever exceed $25 for our drive to be there and back. Our gas charge does not start until we are leaving outside the city of Calgary. Our cleaning wage does not change; Itâs always $25 an hour.
We include a 30 minute consult to scope the home and discuss an estimation to cleaning time, and a free 30 minute inventory & shape count. Making sure every inch of the home is pictured, printed and submitted to your very own personal file.
We offer %10 off to our new clients.
We can offer payment plans for cleaning/inspections for daily, weekly, bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly. If you are a first time client we require a weeks first of hourly payments to be sure our hour estimation is correct so there isnât overcharge on either parts, and so we can establish trust in the relationship.
We except cash and email transfer.
