Smoked Pineapple Mezcal Sour 🍍🔥

What you’ll need:
• Mezcal
• Smoked or charred pineapple juice
• Fresh lime juice
• Agave
• Aquafaba or egg white for foam
• Charred pineapple wedge
• Smoked salt
• Ice
How to make it:
Char pineapple slices on the grill until lightly caramelized.
Blend or juice the pineapple, then let it chill.
Add mezcal, pineapple juice, lime juice, agave, and aquafaba or egg white to a shaker.
Dry shake first, then add ice and shake again until cold and foamy.
