With spring around the corner we’re starting to line up triple mix soil deliveries for the upcoming season.

Our triple mix is a high-quality planting soil that works great for gardens, flower beds, new lawns, and general landscaping projects.

Pricing:
$40 per yard (delivery only, no pickup at this time)

Dump trailer delivery rates:
0–10 km – $70
10–20 km – $90
20–30 km – $110
30–40 km – $130
40–50 km – $150

Minimum order of 7 yards for deliveries beyond 30 km.

Deliveries are available by dump trailer (up to 10 yards) or live bottom transport loads (up to 70 yards with proper access).

If you’re planning any landscaping work this spring, now is a good time to schedule your delivery before the season gets busy.

Deliveries will begin towards the end of April depending on weather and ground conditions.

This came out of a septic tank…

❄️ Slow drains or no drainage at all? You might be dealing with a frozen pipe. ❄️

With the deep freeze we’ve been experiencing, frozen sewer lines are more common than you might think. If your sinks, tubs, or toilets are draining slowly or not at all, don’t panic… but don’t pour chemicals down the drain either.

What many homeowners don’t realize is that pipes typically don’t freeze without a reason.
99% of the time, a frozen sewer line is caused by a dip (or “belly”) in the pipe. This low spot allows wastewater to sit instead of flowing out to the septic system. Once that standing water freezes, the line becomes blocked.
