🎉 Celebrating 5 Years of Kickin Ass: Happy Anniversary, Mike! 🎉
Today marks a significant milestone for our team here as we recognize Mike’s 5-year anniversary as our Warehouse/Fleet Manager at Progressive Westman.
To say we would be completely lost without this incredible human, would be an understatement. We all often joke that Mike is the actual glue that holds the front and the back of the house together, but it goes way beyond this both on a business and personal level.
Over the years, Mike has not only demonstrated exceptional leadership and organizational skills but has also fostered a positive and collaborative environment in our business.
His dedication to efficiency, safety, and teamwork has played a vital role in our success. Mike’s ability to tackle challenges head-on, while always supporting and uplifting his team, makes him an invaluable asset to our organization.
