I would like to straighten something out can my fellow cleaners please tell me if they could finish this list within three hours for a first initial deep clean of a 2500 square-foot house
Please advise

I was told by a new booking that their previous cleaners could do a deep clean in three hours and to use their steamer.

I had a very hard week last week as I felt very taken advantage of I kindly told this client that we do not use their steam cleaners in place of a mop without an up charge as it takes longer for my crew to clean- and I guess she did not agree.

Not only did I give this client a discount when I feel like I shouldn't have .. but I felt like no matter what I did or said there was no rectifying the situation

And all my years of cleaning, I've never been able to finish a deep clean|first initial of a 2500 square-foot house in three hours

And I feel like the price I gave was a fantastic price for a deep clean but it was still just not good enough

It's hard when you try your best you work your hardest and you're still left with feeling awful

I felt bad for my girls because they tried so hard to accommodate...

I feel bad that I wasn't able to rectify the situation even with a discount

I find it rude when people say well my last cleaner…

If your last cleaner did it so fast then why is she your last cleaner?

I gave this client a discount even though I feel like I shouldn't have and she still said that I do not have good customer service skills.

It's not about the discount that I'm upset about is the fact that no matter how hard you try sometimes it's just not good enough for some people she told me that she was very happy with the Clean. The girls did a great job, but she was not happy about the price.I am well priced within my scope of work in my current town/city.

To my cleaning gals - how much do you think a reasonable price for this work?
What would you charge for this list....

Needless to say, I don't believe we are good fit... and that's ok. 👌 not everyone is going to see your worth

The best feeling In the world 🌎 after cleaning houses all day. There is nothing better then being outside in your hot tub after running all day ❤️❤️❤️❤️ looking up at the city smog 😝😝

This is where I spent half my life... whether it's scheduling, flipping loads of laundry, stocking my drawers, stalking my work vehicle.
Taking phone calls so you don't hear those three crazy Chihuahuas in the background! Everyone needs their space where they can 100% focus and do what needs to get done!
I'm so thankful that I have this space so I'm not mixing Client laundry with my home personal laundry
I suggest this to anyone in the cleaning industry. It has been a game changer for me!!!
