Little info for those looking for work:
I take pride in offering clients the security of knowing their home will be taken care of while we visit.
This is why each new employee needs to pass a record check, reference check, interview process and must work with me for a week or so to ensure they know how to do proper cleans.
I’m not sure where this recent entitlement has come from where potential new employees believe I can hand over homes without completing the process.
I am not about to jeopardize my businesses integrity because someone is desperate for a job, or thinks it’s “just cleaning”.
This is my livelihood and the livelihood of my employees who have proven themselves.
Getting upset with me, raising your voice, hanging up on me because after the necessary paperwork has been provided but the other steps are not complete ensures I will never entertain the idea of officially considering a person for employment.
This is not a cash job, not an easy job, and not something I am about to throw to the wind because of entitlement.
Anyway, just know that anyone looking for work with me or any other legitimate employer present yourself properly. On the other hand, those that have treated my business in this way, thank you for showing your true colours before I became too invested ✌️
