The length of time varies from house to house, depending on size of house, pets, and length of time between cleanings.
We bring everything we need. If you want something specific, just leave it on the counter and we will use it!
A “normal” maintenance clean is kitchen, bathroom, dusting, spotting main windows and vacuum and mop of the floors.
A top to bottom clean CAN include all of the following if you agree to allow the time to do everything, otherwise we will decide in our meeting which things you would like done!
Deep *top to bottom* clean (including but not limited to)
-Inside and out of all appliances including pull them out and get in behind
-Ceiling fans and air exchangers
-light fixtures
-Heat ducts and vents
-inside and out of cupboards
-Dust all surfaces (heaters, baseboards, light switches, door frames, interior doors spot cleaned etc.
-Top to bottom of kitchen and bathrooms (inside of cupboards if you wish and time allotted)
-Vacuuming and mopping all floors with special attention to under beds and behind furniture
-Vacuuming furniture
-empty dishwasher
-spot cleaning Windows
-beating rugs
-cleaning air filters
-Windows Detailed
-Grout
-Walls and doors Detailed
Extras (more time required)
-wash dishes
-Laundry and turn down service (making beds)

Extras - floors washed by hand, inside of appliances, making beds, sort garbage and recycling, wash or put away dishes, sweep leaves from deck or step, walls, light fixtures etc.

We also have a “seniors package” where we do odd jobs including but not limited to making meals, cleaning, light yard work, change lightbulbs and batteries in smoke detectors etc., drop off and pick up mail, I can also run errands. Call to discuss rates. Many references
