Steam & Stitch Co. is looking for an Experienced Seamstress / Tailor to join our growing team in Beaverton, Ontario!

We’re seeking someone with professional alterations and sewing experience who takes pride in quality workmanship and attention to detail!

The role includes garment alterations, hemming, resizing, zipper repairs and replacements, and general garment repairs.

Experience with formalwear, leather or suede is an asset.

If you’re skilled, dependable and enjoy working with a variety of garments, we’d love to hear from you!

We are truly at a loss for words!

When we decided to soft open Steam & Stitch Co., the plan was to quietly open our doors, get settled in and iron out a few kinks before really getting the word out.

Well… Brock Township had other plans! ❤️

What an incredible first week! We’ve met so many wonderful people, made great connections and had some amazing conversations, and you certainly kept us busy!

From Dry Cleaning and loads of Wash & Fold to Alterations & Repairs, Professional Attire, Uniforms & Branded Workwear, Emergency Services Uniforms, Golf Wear, Dresses & Gowns, Wedding Garments, Suits & Formalwear, Bedding & Linens, Drapery, Specialty Garments and Winter Coats & Jackets, the variety has been incredible!

We’re also excited to already be supporting local businesses, commercial clients and sports teams.
