Our office will be closed from September 26th through October 8th, reopening on October 9th. 🗓️🍁

Our regularly scheduled cleans will continue during this time, and our wonderful contractors will be taking care of our existing clients as scheduled. However, we will not be accepting new bookings while the office is closed.

If you’d like to schedule a clean, add an additional service, or make changes to an upcoming booking, please reach out as far in advance as possible before September 26th so we can get everything organized. 🌻🤎

Wow, what an incredibly busy summer! ☀️🌿 I’m so grateful for our amazing team, who put in such a huge effort during such a tightly packed schedule.

We tackled Move-out cleans and Airbnbs, and had the opportunity to do a Earth Day giveaway 💚🌎, all while continuing to prioritize our incredible residential clients. 🫶 The homes and families we truly love cleaning for and seeing on a regular basis. 🏡💛

I’m also excited to announce that we recently welcomed two new contractors! 🦋✨ We’re so happy to have the extra support as Keepin' It Real Tidy continues to expand.

We’re now booking into September and onward into the fall. 🍂 Our availability for new regular clients is currently quite limited, with most new recurring bookings likely starting in October. We may have earlier availability for one-off cleans, so please feel free to reach out with your cleaning needs and booking inquiries. 🧹✨

Thank you all so much for your patience and flexibility, especially through the hot weather and all the smoke, and for allowing us to manage our schedule in a way that helps our team avoid burnout while continuing to provide great service.

We’re currently fully booked for May, but feel free to reach out in case of any last-minute cancellations, as spots do occasionally open up.

If you weren’t able to book this month, we’re now scheduling into June and have some availability for regular weekly or biweekly cleanings on Mondays or Thursdays.

If you enjoy staying active, have a strong work ethic, and like the idea of working independently with a great team, this could be a great fit for you

What We’re Offering:

* Start part-time, with the opportunity to take on more consistent work over time based on your availability
* Training wage: $22/hour, increasing to $25–$30/hour for contractors
* Mileage compensation of $0.65/km (one way)
* Minimum 3-hour shifts
* Flexible scheduling — you can accept or decline jobs based on your availability
* Opportunity for performance-based raises and bonuses
* A supportive, positive work environment

💛 Great earning potential with the flexibility and independence that comes with contractor work

What We’re Looking For:

* Must be willing to provide a background check
* Cleaning experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person
* Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Physical stamina for hands-on cleaning tasks
* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
* Flexible availability, including some weekends
* Ability to track and invoice your hours after each clean or on a weekly basis

We’re opening space for new regular clients starting March 20 🧹✨

We offer:
• Weekly, biweekly & monthly cleans
• One-time cleans
• Deep cleans
• Move-in / move-out cleans
• Airbnb turnovers

Rates:
$40/hr + GST – Regular weekly, biweekly & monthly cleans
$45/hr + GST – One-time & deep cleans / Airbnb turnovers
$50/hr + GST – Move-out & post-construction
(3-hour minimum per booking)

Our office is located in beautiful Balfour, BC. Clients within 20 km of Balfour, all the way to Nelson, do not pay a travel fee. For locations more than 20 km north of Balfour or outside of Nelson, a travel fee of $0.80/km (one way) applies.

We use natural, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for your home, family, and pets, and bring all equipment and supplies needed for each clean. We’re fully insured, bonded, & WorkSafe covered. ✨

Oven deep clean — DONE ✅
It’s amazing what Sal Suds and vinegar can do ✨

While Keepin’ It Real Tidy was closed for our scheduled winter break this week, I took the time to do a full oven detail at home, including removing the door to clean the glass between the panels. If anything ever drips inside there, this is the safest and most effective way to get it truly clean. It’s a small step that makes a big difference 🧼🫧
