Hiring Driving Team Lead Supervisory Cleaners!

I am hiring two supervisory team leads to join our residential cleaning team at KECS. Full or part time available. Typical schedule begins at client locations 8:30am and ends between 3:30/5:00pm. We are a small and growing company rooted in Baden, less than 10 minutes west of The Boardwalk. The majority of our clients are located in Wilmot or on the west side of K-W within a 10-25 minute drive from Baden. If the job below sounds like a great fit for you, I would love to hear from you!!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsible for leading 1-2 team members on job sites, ensuring jobs run on time and to completion, following company standard procedures.
Responsible for ongoing on-the-job training with cleaning team members once new hire training is completed by company owner.
Records information pertaining to the days activities, successes/challenges and time records for team members and jobs.
Provides feedback to company owner on a shift by shift basis.
Performs the role of driver for team members and equipment/supplies.
Performs all duties of our cleaner job.
Training of our company procedures will be provided.

ABOUT YOU
Reliable vehicle required, and willing to transport team members and equipment.
Must have valid drivers license and clean drivers abstract
Vulnerable sector police record check required (paid for and arranged by us).
Minimum 5 years cleaning experience required, previous team lead/supervisory experience is a plus.
Must have people leadership skills required to lead a team of 1-2 people individuals and run jobs on time, while also performing the duties of Cleaner.
High attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients on-site and perform under time restraints while delivering high quality Cleans.

We’re hiring a part time residential cleaner/driver to add to our team! Must have 3-5 dedicated professional cleaning experience. Drivers license preferred with clean police record check and driver record check. The ideal candidate will have the skill and interest to transition into a crew lead role in the future. (Crew Lead ensures that jobs are finished on time and to completion and that company operational procedures and policies are followed by all team members while on the job)

Experience is required and we will train to our company operational procedures and policies.  Full-time hours can be made available in the future as well if desired.

Our small local housekeeping company has an excellent track record, built almost 100% on referrals.

Most work is within Baden/New Hamburg, working as a team. Work day starts and ends at home office in Baden, travelling with me between jobs.

Fully insured, competitive rate and can provide flexibility in hours, though ideally looking for the same days each week (or most weeks) and starting time on the job between 8:30/9:00 am.

I hope everyone is enjoying their summer and having a chance for some fun in the sun! We have a few announcements as we near the end of the summer.

Over the next 4-6 weeks we will have reduced scheduling availability due to team vacation time off for some much needed R&R, and also team turnover and new team member training. Should you have flexibility to extend your regularly scheduled dates by a week or two please let me know.

We congratulate Chloe as she will be moving on to a role perfect for her natural talents in baking, cooking and food preparation. I am hiring to backfill the role and hope to have a new team member announced soon. I thank you for your patience as we navigate through these weeks.

We are growing again! Hiring a Cleaner/Driver. Part-time to start for at lease the first few weeks, with the possibility to grow into fulltime if interesed. Experience not necessary, will trian our methods.
Must have own vehicle, clear driver record, and pass a police record check with clear results.
