Job Summary Full-time, Part-time, and Casual positions available.
We are looking for hardworking and experienced individuals to join our cleaning company. The ideal candidates will have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation, which is needed to travel between locations. Your duties can change based on each of our client's needs. Attention to detail and a positive attitude are a must. We are looking for hardworking individuals to implement a high standard of cleanliness. The right individuals are punctual, thorough but fast, and eager to learn. Those with professional cleaning experience will be given preference. You will work alone, so being able to follow instructions from your supervisor - and stay on task is key.
We are looking for responsible, friendly people with integrity. Do you notice things other people miss and take it upon yourself to get them done? We are looking for detail-oriented people who take initiative.
Cleaning Technician Requirements and Qualifications
 Previous experience strongly preferred
 Valid driver's license
 Reliable transportation
 Cell phone
 Ability to follow verbal directions
 Pays attention to detail when cleaning
 Ability to work well alone and with a partner or team
 Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time management skills
 Reporting repairs and replacements needed when encountered on the job
 Maintaining and upkeep all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products
 Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional holidays.
 Able to lift 20 lbs or more; able to stand, bend and kneel to perform cleaning duties
 Able to pass a criminal background check
