If you've noticed a roach in your kitchen, there are a few basic things I recommend checking around the home first.
Start underneath the sink. Look for slow leaks, damp cabinets, or water collecting around plumbing. Then check behind the stove and refrigerator for crumbs and grease that don't normally get cleaned.
Keep cereal, flour, sugar, pet food, and other dry foods in sealed containers. I also recommend taking the garbage out regularly and avoiding dirty dishes sitting in the sink overnight.
These things may sound simple, but removing easy food, water, and hiding places can make a real difference.
I shared more from a recent roach job here in Southwestern Ontario in this month's journal. 👉 [https://pettypestcontrolservice.ca/roach-prevention-a-recent-job-and-some-homeowners-tips]
