Position: Exterior Cleaning Technician
Starting Wage: $20/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 5 days per week
Bonus Structure: Performance-based bonus opportunities available
What you’ll be doing:
* House washing / soft washing
* Pressure washing and surface cleaning
* Exterior window cleaning
* Deck cleaning
* Setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment
* Keeping equipment and the work trailer clean and organized
* Working at residential and commercial properties throughout Cumberland County
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Reliable and dependable
* Hardworking with a positive attitude
* Comfortable working outdoors in different weather conditions
* Comfortable working on ladders and at heights
* Willing to learn — experience is an asset, but not required
* Able to work well as part of a team
* Has reliable transportation
