Three years ago today we installed this beautiful pool… and somehow never got around to posting it. If you know me, you know writing Facebook posts isn’t exactly my specialty.

This one has a story that still makes us laugh.

We started the install on Monday, but being surrounded by open farm fields, the wind had other plans. If you live in the country, you know that when the wind gets going across those fields, it doesn’t mess around. We made the call to pack up for the day and come back Tuesday to finish the job.

What we didn’t know was that while we were battling the wind outside, there was another battle happening inside the house. The kids weren’t exactly getting along, and Mom finally told them, “If you don’t behave, I’m going to make the pool installers leave.”

…Then we actually had to leave. 😂

Needless to say, when we returned on Tuesday, those kids were on their very best behaviour!

Three years later, the pool still looks fantastic, and every time we think about this install, it brings a smile to our faces. It’s moments like these that remind us every project has its own story.

We’re in the middle of our busiest season right now. Between openings, return service visits, and squeezing in installs whenever the weather cooperates, the days are packed from start to finish.

Honestly, we’re so busy that we barely have time to stop and take photos, let alone post about all the incredible work our service team is doing.

But today, Nick sent me this photo, and it made me pause.

The long days, the constant juggling, the chaos of summer—it’s all worth it when you see a customer’s face light up like this. Moments like these are exactly why we do what we do.

Is it stressful? Absolutely. Is it full throttle all summer long? Without a doubt.

But seeing smiles like this reminds us that every early morning, late night, and hectic day is worth it. This is the kind of chaos we signed up for, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
