Hey friends! I am sure by now you have all heard about the devastating fires in Australia. Coach Travis Price from CrossFit 403 in Airdrie (our resident Aussie) is putting on a fundraiser WOD this weekend and since I Wont be able to make it I wanted to contribute. All money raised will be the Trustee for NSW Rural Fire Services and Brigades donation fund. So I wanted to do my part to help out!
