This Thanksgiving, my heart is feeling a lil extra full. 🥹❤️ i just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to each & every one of my incredible clients.😭
Thank you for moving appointments around when life gets a lil crazy. Thank you for the lil extras, the thoughtful gestures & the kindness you show me. Thank you for the extra love, the hugs, the laughs, the conversations & sometimes even just being there to listen when I have needed it most. ❤️ Thank you for your patience, your understanding, your flexibility, & most importantly, for continuing to support me & my lil business. This year has brought a lot of changes, challenges & unexpected turns in my life. through it all, so many of you have shown me a level of love & kindness that I will never, ever take for granted. 😭❤️
You are so much more than just clients to me. You have become familiar faces I look forward to seeing, people I genuinely care about & a beautiful part of my everyday life.🥰
Every appointment booked, every recommendation, every kind message, every lil extra & every bit of encouragement means more to me than you will probably ever realize.

A lil business update from me ❤️
First, I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for every single one of you who continues to support my lil business. I genuinely love allll of my clients & I don’t think I could ever properly explain how much your support means to my girls& I. 🥺❤️
I have always been really understanding when it comes to cancellations because I GET IT, life happens. Kids get sick, plans change, unexpected things come up & honestly, cancellations have never really bothered me before.
life looks a little different for me now. I never pictured myself navigating a separation or having to rebuild certain parts of my life, but unfortunately… life is lifing.😭
I’m now solely responsible for making sure I can support myself, contribute to supporting my girls, pay my bills & keep everything moving. When a cleaning is cancelled last minute, it can be really difficult (& sometimes impossible) for me to fill that spot, which means losing income I was counting on.
So, effective immediately, cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. I am sorry 😭😢
Of course, I understand that true emergencies happen & I will always lead with compassion & understanding. ❤️ This isn’t something I ever really wanted to implement, but it’s something I need to do to protect my lil business & the life I’m building for my girls & myself.
I hope everyone can understand. I love & appreciate you guys more than you know. Thank you for continuing to support me, my girls & this crazy lil business of mine. 🥺❤️
Life may look a little different these days, but UrineLuck isn’t going anywhere. ❤️😉🚽

3 years. 🥺❤️
Three years ago, I was just proud of myself for starting. I had absolutely no idea where this little business was going to take me, how much it would grow, how many amazing people I would meet, or just how much it would change my life.🥺😭❤️
I started with an idea, took a chance on myself & somehow here we are… THREE YEARS LATER!! 😭❤️
There have been long days, sore backs, a whole lot of toilets 😂, learning as I went & moments where running my own business definitely wasn’t easy, but I would not trade what I have built for anything. ❤️
To every single person who has booked me, rebooked me, recommended me, shared my posts, supported me, or trusted me in their home, thank YOU!! You are the reason my little idea became something real. 🥺❤️

Sometimes life throws you curveballs & you just have to adjust, keep going & make the best of what’s in front of you. ❤️
With that being said, on the weeks + days I don’t have my girls, I’m hoping to pick up a little extra work, ideally at least one more bathroom a day. 🧽🫧
I have some pretty big goals I’m working towards for my girls & I, & if I have the extra time, I might as well put it to good use. ❤️ox

I seriously won the client lottery. 🥺❤️
Yesterday, I walked into one of my clients to a little note asking if I would like some goodies left on the counter for me & at my other clients, their daughter made me this little cute penguin 😭🥺
Neither of them knew I was having a low day. They didn’t know how much I needed a reason to smile. They were just being kind & somehow, those little gestures found me on exactly the right day. 😭❤️
it made me think about how incredibly lucky I am, not just for these two moments, but for ALL of the people I get to call my clients.
The little notes, treats, conversations, laughs, checking in on me, things for my girls, remembering little details about my life, or simply making me feel appreciated when I walk through your door… I notice it all. I really do. 🥺
I started UrineLuck to clean bathrooms & somehow ended up with this little village of genuinely amazing humans who have supported me, trusted me in their homes, cheered me on & shown me so much kindness along the way. Thank you ❤️
Thank YOU to these clients for making a low day a whole lot brighter & to every single one of my clients for being part of this little business of mine. I don’t know how the heck I got so lucky, but I definitely won the client lottery. 😭❤️
