Move Out Clean, recently renovated majorly.

6.0 MH CLEAN. GO TEAM 🧼

I was so proud of this clean, pleased with the results. Though it has taken me some time to share. I had an awful experience with this one.

A minimal, priority move out clean was requested. Kitchen, washrooms, ceiling fans.
I went to view the residence in person to give a more accurate quoting. I quoted 5.0 MH for it at first. Then had the request of adding windows, stairwell, laundry room and floors. Top and bottom. My partner and I scrubbed like no tomorrow pushing to meet the estimated time. At this point I have to say something to the client, that this is a majorly renovated deep full move out clean. I myself had then requested more time to fully complete the clean, as it’s not exactly what we had quoted period. The response to that was not great but allowed.
We managed to finish in 7.0 MH which I didn’t request another hour for trying to get this clean done. Charged just the approved 6.0 MH deep move out.

The client had come to walk through the home before we ended up leaving. First words were, “im not impressed” this isn’t clean”. “Will you come back to re-do or clean if my husband would like”. “I am not impressed”

Feels the cupboards and you hear the squeak as she rubs one down, looks and says “I see my fingerprints this is not clean”. I assured and promised we cleaned many things 3 times over. They are clean, I swear it.

“Nope it’s not clean they state, I’m not paying”.

My heart and soul sank. I am a small home buisness. I always strive to do my best, to the best of my ability. I always tend to my clients trying to go above any beyond. My partner and I had to spend another 2.0 MH SCRUBBING AND CLEANING THE SAME THINGS OVER AND OVER. Leaving this clean at a total 9.0 MH to please this client and only be paid 30.00 more that the 6.0 MH cost of clean.

I love what I do, that is why I I chose to pursue this career path.

I pray to not experience this ever again.
